*Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period is from 16 November 2023 to 31 December 2023.
2. Only customers who have completed at least one (1) CDG Zig ride on the Kris+ app during the promotional period (“qualifying ride”) will be eligible for a S$3 off promo code (“CDGKP3RIDE”) that can be redeemed for their next ride with CDG Zig on the Kris+ app.
3. Only one (1) S$3 promo code will be issued and can be redeemed per eligible customer.
4. The promo code will be issued to eligible users on the next working day after the day of their qualifying ride.
5. This promo code is valid for only the first 10,000 redemptions only.
6. This promo code is only redeemable on the CDG Zig booking channel (“Book A Ride” icon) on the Kris+ app.
7. This promo code must be accurately entered into the “Promo Code” field in the App and submitted together with the booking for the ride in order to redeem the S$3 off. For each booking, only one (1) promo code may be applied.
8. This promo code will be valid for use until 31 January 2024.
9. The validity of each promo code redemption will be verified at each booking.
10. The promo code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip.
11. There will be no refund of the balance promo code value, should the final fare be below the promo code value.
12. The promo code promotion is considered redeemed upon successful confirmation.
13. ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the rights to reallocate the promo code at its sole discretion.

2. To receive the promo codes, a user must download the CDG Zig App via the QR code displayed above.
3. For iOS users, please allow App tracking to participate in this campaign, receive promo codes and other perks.
4. A user may receive one $3 promo code (For new CDG Zig users only) and/or one $2 promo code.
5. These promo codes are only applicable on the CDG Zig app only and not applicable for “Pay For Street Hail”.
6. This promo code is on a while stock last basis.
7. Please refer to the promo code within the booking channel for the expiration date.
8. ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the rights to reallocate the promo code at its sole discretion.
