The promotion period is from 1 October 2024 to 15 October 2024.

• To qualify for this lucky draw, users have to complete a ride with promo code <ONELOVE19OCT> or <ONELOVE20OCT> during the promotion period.
• Complete a ride with code <ONELOVE19OCT> to stand a chance to win a pair of general admission or premium admission tickets to day 1 of One Love Asia Festival (worth $376 & $456 respectively).
• Complete a ride with code <ONELOVE20OCT> to stand a chance to win a pair of general admission or premium admission tickets to day 2 of One Love Asia Festival (worth $376 & $456 respectively).
• A total of 18 winners will be chosen. The winners will be notified via email address registered on the CDG Zig App. The winners’ tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The promo codes have a value of $0.
• The promo codes are only applicable for rides booked via the CDG Zig App.
• Each user can redeem up to 10 times per promo code, which entitles to a maximum of up to 10 chances of winning per promo code.
• The promo codes have a limited daily redemption on a first-come, first served basis.
• The validity of each promo code redemption will be verified at each booking.
• The promo code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip.
• The promo codes are considered redeemed upon successful confirmation.
• By participating in this campaign, please note that you are consenting to CDG Zig collecting information like your name, contact number and email address for contact purposes, should you win. Your redemption may be forfeited if you’re unable to comply with this condition.
• ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, and add to any of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the date of the promotion, from time to time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

Redemption starts on 1 October 2024, 15:00 hours. Redemption closes on 15 October 2024 at 23:59 hours, or till tickets are fully redeemed. Limited redemptions available.

• Redeem a pair of premium admission tickets to One Love Asia Festival 2024 in Singapore (worth S$456) with only 18,888 ZigPoints.
• Redeem a pair of general admission tickets to One Love Asia Festival 2024 in Singapore (worth S$376) with only 14,888 ZigPoints.
• There is no limit to the number of redemptions each user can make.
• E-tickets will be sent to the user’s email address that is registered on the CDG Zig App.
• E-tickets will be sent out by 16 October 2024 18:00 hours.
• By participating in this campaign, please note that you are consenting to CDG Zig collecting information like your name, contact number and email address for the emailing of E-tickets. Your redemption may be forfeited if you’re unable to comply with this condition.
• Cancellation, refund or exchange of tickets are not allowed once redemption is confirmed.
• CDG Zig reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
