New User $3 Promo Code
- This promotion is valid from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, a S$3 promo code will be issued when a customer downloads and registers as a new user of the App for the first time.
- This promotion is limited to the first 5,000 redemption per month.
- First-time App download registrant scenarios that are not eligible for the S$3 promo code are listed below:
- Users who had previously downloaded and registered their mobile number in the App but have since deleted the App and re-installed the App and register using same mobile number.
- To enjoy the S$3 promo code, the promo code is only available for bookings using the CDG Zig App. Not applicable for Street Hail ride.
- Please refer to the promo codes within the CDG Zig app for the expiration date.
- The users can make payment using an in-app cashless payment mode or cash.
- Users must enter the promo code into the “Promo Code” field in the App and submitted together with the booking for the ride to be entitled for the promotion.
- The promo code is limited to ONE redemption per user and can be applied only once for each transaction in the App.
- For iOS users, please allow App tracking to participate in this campaign, receive promo codes and other perks.
- Multiple promo codes cannot be used at the same time for one single trip.
- The promo code will be deducted from the final fare upon trip completion. If the final metered fare falls below the promo code value, no refunds of the balance will be made.
- In the event that the trip is cancelled or if the passenger fails to turn up, the user is deemed to have forfeited the promo code. No replacement of promo code will be made.
- ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, and add to any of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the date of the promotion, from time to time without prior notice.
DBS x GV $9 Worth of Promo Codes:
- The promotion period runs from 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024.
- Promo code entitles a $3 off ride fare each.
- Promo code is only eligible for rides from 12am – 3am.
- This promotion is limited to the first 3,200 redemption per month.
- Promo code is only eligible for pick up at the following Golden Village cinema location and postal codes: Bugis+ (188067), Cathay Cineleisure (239695), City Square Mall (208539), Djitsun Mall Bedok (469661), Funan Mall (179105), Great World City (237994), i12 Katong Mall (428802), Junction 8 (579837), Jurong Point (648886), Plaza Singapura (238839), SingPost Centre (408600), Suntec City (038983), Tampines Mall (529510), Tiong Bahru Plaza (168732), VivoCity (098585), Yishun 10 (768794).
- The promo codes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 3,200 redemptions per month only.
- Promo codes is capped at up to 3 redemption per user per month.
- Customers who purchase a movie ticket after 9pm will be entitled to the promo code via the Golden Village movie ticket stub.
- The promo codes are only applicable for CDG Zig App bookings with DBS/POSB cards. Not applicable for “Pay For Street Hail” rides.
- Please refer to the promo codes in the CDG Zig App for their expiry date.
- ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the rights to reallocate the promo code at its sole discretion.
- Any promo code must be applied during ride booking to qualify for the promotion. Only one (1) promo code can be applied per booking.
- The validity of each promo code redemption will be verified at each booking.
- The promo code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip.
- Any remaining promo code value will not be refunded if the final fare is less than the promo code value.
- The promo codes are considered redeemed upon successful booking confirmation.
- Payment services by DBS/POSB cards.
