Terms and Conditions
- During the campaign period, for each single ride with ComfortDelGro Taxi in Singapore, Malaysian tourist who uses Touch ‘n Go e-wallet app to pay can enjoy the following discounts during the respective time periods:
- An instant RM4 discount of the total payable amount (From May 29th May to 11th June 2022).
- An instant RM6 discount of the total payable amount (From June 12th June to June 25th2022).
There is a limited quota up to 300 total eligible transactions per day for this campaign. Promotion is only available while the quota lasts and on first come first served basis.
- Whether the discount applies will be reflected in the information shown in the payment page. Should there be any breach of the terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected, Touch ‘n Go together with ComfortDelGro Taxireserve the right to deny the qualification for discount, cancel the affected transaction and to claim back the applied discount from the user.
- All references here are in MYR and the foreign exchange rate will be provided by the relevant cooperation agencies (where applicable). The transaction spending and the discount applied will be subject to the final amount shown in the transaction record shown on Touch ‘n Go receipt.
- In case of refund, only the amount actually paid in MYR (excluding any applied discount) will be refunded and the discount enjoyed will not be made available again. Touch ‘n Go together with ComfortDelGro Taxi reserve the right to suspend, cancel or change the promotion and the terms without advance time. In case of any dispute about these terms, Touch ‘n Go together with ComfortDelGro Taxi shall have the final discretion.
