Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Overview
   This 520 Day Giveaway (“Campaign”) is organised by ComfortDelGro Taxi. The Campaign celebrates 520 Day by inviting users to share their favourite dating spot in Singapore via a designated social media post.
2. Campaign Period
   The Campaign will run from 17 May 2025 until 20 May 2025, 11:59PM (Singapore Time) (“Campaign Period”). Entries received after the Campaign Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
   • The Campaign is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 and above.
   • Participants must have an active Instagram or Facebook account.
   • Employees of ComfortDelGro Taxi and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Participate
   To qualify for the Campaign, participants must complete all of the following steps within the Campaign Period:

   1. Follow ComfortDelGro Taxi on either:

      • Instagram: @cdgtaxi, or

      • Facebook: @ComfortDelGroTaxi

   2. Like the designated 520 Day giveaway post on either Facebook or Instagram.

   3. Comment on the post with your favourite dating spot in Singapore, and tag 2 friends in the same comment.

Only comments posted on the official designated giveaway post will be considered valid entries.

5. Winner Selection

• The top 20 comments with the most likes across Facebook and Instagram will be selected as winners.

• Likes will be counted based on the final tally at the close of the Campaign Period (20 May 2025, 11:59PM).

• In the event of a tie, ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right to select the winner(s) based on comment originality or to conduct a random draw.

• Winners will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on the platform (Facebook or Instagram) where they submitted their entry.

6. Prize Details

• Each of the 20 selected winners will receive a total of $10 worth of ComfortDelGro Taxi promo codes (distributed as 2 x $5 codes).

• Promo codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and must be used in accordance with ComfortDelGro Taxi’s standard promo code terms and conditions.

7. Other Terms

• • Each participant may submit only one entry. Multiple entries from the same user will result in disqualification.

  • ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.

  • By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to allow ComfortDelGro Taxi to use their submitted content, including comments and usernames, for promotional purposes.

  • ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

  • All decisions made by ComfortDelGro Taxi regarding the Campaign, including selection of winners, are final and binding.

  • ComfortDelGro Taxi shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, failed entries, or other disruptions that may affect participation in the Campaign.
