- Jul – ComfortDelGro Taxi trials first fast-charging fully-electric Hyundai Ioniq taxis in Singapore.
- Jan – ComfortDelGro Taxi and Uber launched UberFLASH service in Uber App.

- Dec – ComforDelGro and Uber announce their alliance.
- Jul – ComfortDelGro Taxi the first in Asia to extend masterpass payments to street hail.
- Jun – Launch of CabRewards+ Programme which rewards commuters who travel on bus, trains and taxi.
- Apr – ComfortDelGro Taxi offers flat fare option for the first time and clocks 100,000 flat fare jobs in 10 days.

- Aug – Named Best Taxi Agency and Best Taxi App by TripAdvisor for the second year.
- May – First taxi company in Southeast Asia to launch the Euro 6 BlueTEC Mercedes LimoCabs.

- Jan – ComfortDelGro Hyundai Sonata taxis were rolled out.

- Nov – NETS payment was made available for the first time in taxis in Singapore.
2003
- Apr – Merger of Comfort Group Ltd and DelGro Corporation Limited to form ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited. Comfort Transportation and CityCab became subsidiaries of ComfortDelGro.
2001
- Sep – Newly-improved bi-coloured Light Emitting Diode (LED) rooftop signage and talking MDTs made their debut.
- Mar – Comfort rolled out three-litre Toyota Crown taxis.
2000
- Nov – Commemoration of Comfort’s 30th Anniversary with the launch of the new logo and livery. It also started its cashless payment systems.

- Apr – CityCab introduced MaxiCab, a 7-seater cab.
1995
- Jul – CityCab Pte Ltd commenced operations on 1 July 1995 after the merger of 3 taxi companies – Singapore Airport Bus Service Ltd (SABS), Singapore Bus Service Taxi Pte Ltd (SBS Taxi Pte Ltd) and Singapore Commuter Pte Ltd.

- Jun – NTUC Comfort was corporatised and renamed Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd.

- Apr – Launch of Comfort’s Core Skills for Effectiveness and Change Training Scheme (COSEC) to equip members with skills to provide better service.
