Terms and Conditions
- Campaign Period
- This promotion is valid from 23 June to 25 June 2025, inclusive of both dates.
- Eligibility
- Open to all users who book and complete two CDG Zig rides within the same day during the campaign period.
- Users must use the correct promo codes for both rides to qualify for the reward.
- Promo Code Details
- The first ride must be booked using the promo code format: KCA[DD], where [DD] represents the date of the ride (e.g. KCA23 for 23 June).
- After completing the first ride, a second promo code will be credited to the user’s in-app wallet.
- The second ride must be completed on the same day using the second promo code.
- Reward Fulfilment
- Upon successful completion of both rides with the correct promo codes, users will receive a link to a form to submit their delivery details.
- The Limited Edition CDG Zig Keychain will be delivered to the provided address within 2 weeks from form submission.
- Each eligible user is entitled to one keychain redemption only, regardless of the number of qualifying rides.
- Delivery Method
- The CDG Zig keychain will be mailed via standard local postage (non-trackable mail).
- CDG Zig will not be liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged items during delivery.
- Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your name and mailing address are entered accurately in the submission form.
- Items returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be re-sent.
- No Replacement Policy
- Each customer is entitled to one keychain.
- No replacements or re-shipments will be entertained under any circumstances, including non-receipt or incorrect address submissions.
- Data Collection & Consent
- By participating in this campaign, you consent to CDG Zig collecting your name, contact number, email address, and home address for the purpose of contact and rewarddelivery.
- This information will be collected via a form after your qualifying trips.
- Failure to complete or submit the required form may result in forfeiture of your redemption.
- General
- Promo codes are valid for CDG Zig rides only and must be entered at the time of booking.
- Cancelled or incomplete rides will not count toward the campaign requirements.
