Can I cancel an Advance Booking if my plans change?
You can cancel an Advance Booking at no charge up to 1 hour before the start of the ride.
However, as our drivers rely on booking to make a living, please avoid cancelling your booking at last minute.
Can I adjust an Advance Booking if my plans change?
If you need to make adjustments to your Advance Booking such as the date, time, or location, please cancel your booking and create a new one.
Can I make an Advance Booking with pickup at Changi Airport?
As per regulation by Changi Airport Group, Advance Booking is only available for meet and greet service.
Please call 6552 1111 to make a booking for meet and greet service.
Why has my Advance Booking not been assigned?
To ensure that you get to your destination on time, every time, your Advance Booking is always prioritised. You will receive driver-partner’s details ahead of time, receive timely updates about your ride, and have the option to chat with your driver-partner 30 minutes before your ride starts.
In the event of a driver-partner cancellation, your Advance Booking will be prioritised for a reassignment and you will continue to receive timely updates about the status of your ride. However, if we are unable to get you a ride, you will also be informed ahead of time while we continue to prioritise your Advance Booking.
Do note that if your driver-partner arrives late or if we are unable to get you a ride by the scheduled pick-up time, an appeasement ride voucher will be arranged for you.
Why is there a pre-authorisation charge on my card?
This is a temporary hold on funds on your credit or debit card. When you make a booking using card payment, the bank will “hold” the money on behalf of CDG to ensure there are sufficient funds to be charged at the end of the ride.
