Promotion Period:

1. Eligibility​

• This lucky draw (“Promotion”) is open to all CDG Zig Drivers with a valid driver account.​
• To participate, drivers must complete trips via the CDG Zig Driver App within the Promotion Period.​

2. Promotion Period​

• The Promotion runs from 24 March 2025 onwards. ​
• Only trips completed during this period will be counted towards the lucky draw entries.​

3. How to Earn Lucky Draw Chances​

• CDG Zig Drivers = 1 lucky chance
• CDG Zig Drivers renting from ComfortDelGro-Rent-A-Car (CRAC) = 2 lucky chances​

4. Lucky Draw Prizes & Winner Selection​

• Every week, there will be one (1) winner and one (1) prize up for grabs.​
• Prizes will change weekly and will be announced via email.​
• Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.​
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.

5. Winner Notification & Prize Collection​

• Winners will be notified by phone and/or email.​
• Prizes must be collected at Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd (383 Sin Ming Drive, Singapore 575717, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm) unless otherwise stated.​
• Winners must present their NRIC upon prize collection for verification purposes.​
• If a winner declines to participate, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible winner at CDG Zig’s discretion.​
• To ensure transparency and fair play, by accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in publicity activities, including but not limited to having their photos taken for announcement and marketing purposes on CDG Zig’s official platforms.​

6. Additional Terms​

• This lucky draw is an additional reward on top of the weekly incentives, providing drivers with more opportunities to earn and win.​
• By participating in the lucky draw, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions and the decisions of CDG Zig.​
• Any personal information submitted may be used for the purpose of publicity for the lucky draw.​
• CDG Zig reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who violates the terms.​
• CDG Zig may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.​
