Terms and Conditions
- The promotion period is from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
- This promotion will be available each calendar month of 2024, from the first day to the last day of the calendar month.
- Take a (1st) ride on CDG Zig and pay with Mastercard® to receive the $3 promo code.
- This promotion is only available for customers who have not taken a ride paid for with Mastercard®. (e.g. customers will not and no longer be eligible for this promotion as soon as he/she has taken a ride paid for with Mastercard.)
- Only up to 1 x $3 promo code will be issued per customer.
- The promo codes are on a while stock last basis (first 1,000 redemptions per month only).
- The promo codes are only applicable on the CDG Zig app and has to be booked with Mastercard® as the payment method, not applicable for bookings made via “Pay For Street Hail”.
- Please refer to the promo codes within the CDG Zig app for the expiration date.
- ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the rights to reallocate the promo code at its sole discretion.
- Any promo code must be submitted together with the booking for the ride to be entitled for the promotion. For each booking, only one (1) promo code may be applied.
- The validity of each promo code redemption will be verified at each booking.
- The promo code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip.
- There will be no refund of the balance promo code value, should the final fare be below the promo code value.
- The promo codes are considered redeemed upon successful confirmation.
