Terms and Conditions
The promotion period is from 1 June 2025 to 31 August 2025.
- Purchase can be made with only VISA or MASTERCARD.
- Promo codes will be credited to the user’s CDG Zig app within three (3) working days upon successful purchase.​
- Promo codes are valid only for rides booked the CDG Zig App.​
- Each user is allowed to purchase only one (1) promo code bundle.​
- Bundle 1 is limited to 60,000 purchases, and Bundle 2 is limited to 6,000 purchases. All promo codes expire on 31 October 2025, unless otherwise stated.​
- Validity of each promo code will be verified at the time of booking.​
- Once the promo bundle is credited into the user’s promo code wallet, the deal is considered redeemed and fulfilled.​
- Promo codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.​
- Promo bundles are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.​
- No replacements will be issued for expired promo codes.​
- Only one promo code may be used per booking.​
- Promo code value will be deducted from the final fare upon trip completion. If the fare is lower than the promo value, the balance will not be refunded.​
- If a trip is cancelled or the passenger does not show up, the promo code is deemed forfeited and will not be replaced.​
