Terms and Conditions

• The promotion period is from 9 February 2026 to 31 March 2026.​
• Download and sign up an account on the Zig app for the first time during the promotion period and to receive a $8* worth of promo codes.​
• This promotion is only available for new customers who have not downloaded and signed up an account on the Zig app. The following scenarios are not qualified for this promotion:
  • (a) Any App User who had previously downloaded the App but has uninstalled and reinstalled the App.
  • (b) Any App User who had previously registered a Qualified NETS Bank Card* on the App but has since deleted the Qualified NETS Bank Card and is attempting to register the same card or another Qualified NETS Bank Card.
  • (c) Any App User who had previously registered a Qualified NETS Bank Card on the App but has uninstalled and reinstalled the App.
  • (d) Any App User who had previously registered a Qualified NETS Bank Card on the App.
  • *Qualified NETS Bank Cards” shall mean NETS ATM, Debit Cards or NETS-enabled Credit Cards issued by DBS/POSB and OCBC, or NETS ATM or Debit cards issued by UOB in Singapore. ​
• Only up to 2 x $4 promo code will be issued per customer (TWO $4 promo code redeemable with NETS payment only).​
• The promo codes are only redeemable on the Zig app. It is not redeemable for bookings made via “Pay For Street Hail” or “Pay Onboard” method.​
• The promo code that is redeemable with NETS payment only will not be redeemable with the “Credit Card” payment method with a NETS card. ​
• Any promotion/booking code must be accurately entered into the “Promo Code” field and submitted together with the booking for the ride to be entitled for the promotion. For each booking, only one (1) promo code can be applied. 
• The validity of each Promo Code redemption will be verified at each booking. 
• The Promo Code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip. 
• There will be no refund of the balance Promo Code value should the final fare be below the Promo Code value. 
• The Promo Code promotion is redeemed upon successful confirmation. 
• The passenger forfeits the Promo Code entitlement once a confirmed booking is cancelled, or a passenger fails to turn up. 
• Each Promo Code promotion has its own validity period, discounted value and Terms and Conditions. Please check the individual promotions accordingly. 
• Extension of Promo Code validity will be at the discretion of CDG Zig Pte Ltd and NETS. 
• The Promo Codes are on first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis and are not exchangeable for cash. ​The promo codes expiry date is on 15 April 2026. 
• CDG Zig Pte Ltd and NETS reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice including without limitation the date of the promotion. 
• CDG Zig Pte Ltd and NETS reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individuals found to be misusing the promo.  
• All decisions by CDG Zig Pte Ltd and NETS regarding the Campaign are final.  
• CDG Zig Pte Ltd and NETS are not responsible for technical issues that may prevent promo applications or ride bookings.
