- For every ride that users enter the promo code <LUCKY2ZIG> during the campaign period, they are entitled to one chance to win the lucky draw prizes.
- The promo code <LUCKY2ZIG> is valid for all payment methods and only applicable for rides booking via Zig app.
- The promo code <LUCKY2ZIG> is not applicable for “Pay For Street Hail” rides.
- The promo code <LUCKY2ZIG> holds $0 in value.
- Each user is limited to 10 redemptions of the promo code which entitles each user to a maximum of 10 chances of winning a prize.
- The validity of each promo code redemption will be verified at each booking.
- The promo codes are considered redeemed upon successful completion of each trip.
- Zig by ComfortDelGro will reach out to the winners via their registered contact details in the Zig app weekly during the campaign period and within 2 days after the end of the campaign.
