ComfortRIDE (Car or Taxi) includes private-hire cars and taxis. If you are travelling with passengers below 1.35m, you can book a ComfortRIDE (Taxi only) as no child-seat is needed.
ComfortRIDE is a fixed fare that adjusts according to market demand and supply. There are no admin charges and prevailing GST.
Metered fare option
Includes booking fee/flag-down fees. Fares are not affected by market demand or supply, and are determined by total distance travelled and waiting time. A 10% admin charge on top of the total metered fare is applicable for credit card payments.
