Terms and Conditions
- This Existing User Promotion is valid from 1 November to 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
- Promo code is only eligible for trips booked via the App and paid for using OCBC Cards via the in-App cashless payment mode.
- To enjoy the S$3 promo code, the following conditions must be met:
- The promo code is only available for bookings made using the CDG Zig App and paid with OCBC cards. Not applicable for Street Hail rides and “Pay for street hail” rides.
- The promo codes are on a while-stocks-last basis (limited to 10,000 redemptions throughout the Promotion Period only). Please refer to the promo codes in the App for their expiry date.
- The promo code is only applicable for rides booked via the CDG Zig App.
- Any promo code must be applied during ride booking to qualify for the promotion. Only one (1) promo code can be applied per booking.
- The promo code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip.
- Any remaining promo code value will not be refunded if the final fare is less than the promo code value.
- The promo codes are considered redeemed upon receipt of a successful booking confirmation. If you are unable to secure a ride for your booking with the promo code, the promo code will be automatically be returned to your in-App wallet within 5mins.
- ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the rights to reallocate the promo code at its sole discretion.
- ComfortDelGro Taxi and OCBC Bank Ltd reserve the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the Existing User Promotion or vary, delete, and add to the Existing User Promotion or any of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the dates or value of the Existing User Promotion, at any time time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions
- During the Promotion Period, a S$3 promo code will be issued by CDG Zig when a customer downloads and registers as a new user of the App for the first time.
- This New User Promotion is limited to the first 5,000 redemptions per month.
- First-time App download registrant scenarios that are not eligible for the S$3 promo code are listed below:
- Users who had previously downloaded and registered their mobile number in the App but have since deleted the App, and have now re-installed the App and registered using the same mobile number.
- To enjoy the S$3 promo code, the following conditions must be met:
- The promo code is only available for bookings made using the CDG Zig App. Not applicable for Street Hail rides and “Pay for street hail” rides.
- The users must make payment for the booking using OCBC Cards via the in-App cashless payment mode only.
- Users must enter the promo code into the “Promo Code” field in the App and submit it together with the booking for the ride to be entitled for the promotion.
- The promo code is limited to ONE redemption per user and can be applied only once for the user’s first transaction in the App.
- For iOS users, please allow App tracking to participate in this New User Promotion, receive promo codes and other perks.
- Multiple promo codes cannot be used at the same time for one single trip.
- The promo code will be deducted from the final fare upon trip completion. In the event that the final metered fare falls below the promo code value, no refunds of the balance will be made.
- In the event that the trip is cancelled or if the passenger fails to turn up, the user is deemed to have forfeited the promo code. No replacements of the promo code will be made.
- ComfortDelGro Taxi and OCBC Bank Ltd reserve the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the New User Promotion or vary, delete, and add to the New User Promotion or any of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the dates or value of the New User Promotion, at any time time without prior notice.
