Campaign T&Cs:​

• These promo codes are only applicable for selected users.​

Campaign Period​

• The Campaign will run from 1 – 31 March 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Rides booked outside this period will not be eligible for promotion.​

Eligibility​

• The promo code is valid only for bookings made through the app. Not applicable for  street-hail rides and “Pay Onboard” /“Pay for Street-hail” payment method.​
• Promo code is valid for one-time use per user during the Campaign Period while redemptions last. Multiple redemptions by the same user will not be accepted.​

Promo Code Details​

• Limited redemptions available and on a first-come, first-served basis​
• Promo codes are deemed redeemed upon successful booking confirmation. If you cannot secure a ride, the promo code will automatically be returned within 5 minutes.​
• The validity of the promo code will be verified for each booking.​
• The promo code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip. If the final fare is less than the promo code value, the remaining amount will not be refunded.​

Other Terms​

• Promo code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.​
• Promo code must be used in accordance with ComfortDelGro Taxi’s standard promo code terms and conditions.​
• Cancelled trips or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the promo code, with no replacement provided.​
• ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individuals found to be misusing the promo.​
• ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign without prior notice.​
• All decisions by ComfortDelGro Taxi regarding the Campaign are final.​
• ComfortDelGro Taxi is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent promo applications or ride bookings.​
