This promotion is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, a S$5 promo code will be issued when a user downloads and registers as a new user of the App for the first time.
- Complete 3 trips within the month of sign-up to enjoy another $3 promo code as an extra reward. The $3 reward will be automatically credited to the user’s wallet once eligibility is met.
- First-time App download registrant scenarios that are not eligible for the S$5 promo code are users who had previously downloaded and registered their mobile number in the App but have since deleted the App and re-installed the App and register using same mobile number.
- The promo code is only available for bookings using the Zig by ComfortDelGro app. Not applicable for Street Hail rides or rides pay via “Pay for Street Hail” or “Pay Onboard” payment method.
- Promo code is valid for one-time use per user. Multiple redemptions by the same user will not be accepted.
- For iOS users, please allow App tracking to participate in this campaign, receive promo codes and other perks.
- Multiple promo codes cannot be used at the same time for one single trip.
- The promo code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip. If the final fare is less than the promo code value, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
- Promo codes are deemed redeemed upon successful booking confirmation. If you cannot secure a ride, the promo code will automatically be returned within 5 minutes.
- In the event that the trip is cancelled or if the passenger fails to turn up, the user is deemed to have forfeited the promo code. No replacement of promo code will be made.
- Zig by ComfortDelGro reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individuals found to be misusing the promo.
- Zig by ComfortDelGro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign without prior notice.
- All decisions by Zig by ComfortDelGro regarding the Campaign are final.
- Zig by ComfortDelGro is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent promo applications or ride bookings
