Eligibility

• This promotion is valid for new users who download and register on the Zig by ComfortDelGro app for the first time during the Promotion Period.
• Users who previously registered using the same mobile number, deleted the app, and re-installed it will not be eligible.

2. New User Reward (S$5 Promo Code)

• Eligible users will automatically receive a S$5 promo code upon successful registration.
• The promo code is valid for 2 months from the date of issuance and will expire if unused.

3. Completion Reward (S$3 Promo Code)

• Users who complete 3 trips within their month of sign-up will receive an additional S$3 promo code.
• The reward will be automatically credited to the user’s wallet upon meeting the criteria.
• This promotion is only applicable within the first month of sign-up.
• The S$3 promo code is valid until the 7th of the following month.

4. Promo Code Usage

• Promo codes are valid for bookings made via the Zig by ComfortDelGro app only.
• Not applicable for Street Hail rides or “Pay for Street Hail” payments.
• Each promo code is limited to one-time use per user.
• Multiple promo codes cannot be used for a single trip.
• Promo codes must be applied before clicking the “Book now” button.

5. Fare Application

• Promo code value will be deducted from the final fare.
• Any unused balance will not be refunded if the fare is lower than the promo value.

6. Redemption & Cancellations

• Promo codes are considered redeemed upon successful booking confirmation.
• If a ride is not secured, the promo code will be returned within 5 minutes.
• If a booking is cancelled or the passenger does not show up, the promo code will be forfeited and will not be replaced.

7. Technical Requirement

• iOS users are required to enable app tracking permissions to participate in this campaign and receive promo codes.

8. General Conditions

All decisions made by Zig by ComfortDelGro in relation to this campaign are final.

Zig by ComfortDelGro reserves the right to verify user eligibility and disqualify any users found abusing the promotion.

Zig by ComfortDelGro reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign without prior notice.
