(Each month above shall be referred to as a “Promotion Month”)
Terms and Conditions:
- This promotion is valid from 19 March to 30 June 2026 and is open to Trust Bank customers only.
- Customers who complete five (5) eligible rides via the Zig app within a calendar month will receive a SGD $4 promo code for their sixth (6th) ride.
- Each qualifying ride must have a minimum fare of SGD $7 and be paid using Trust Link or Trust+ Cards with the BIN range starting with 4179 7101, 4179 7102, 4179 7103, 4179 7104 via the “Credit Card” payment method. Rides selected payment method as “Pay for Street-hail” is excluded.
- Promotion is limited to one stamp card cycle per user per campaign period.
- Promo codes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, the promo code will be credited to the customer’s Trust app under the “Saved Vouchers” section.
- Promo codes must be manually entered in the “Promo Code” section of the Zig app during booking. Validity will be verified at the time of booking.
- Each promo code is valid for one-time use only and will be deducted from the final fare upon trip completion. No refund will be given if the fare is less than the promo code value.
- Promo codes will expire 1 month after the campaign period ends. For example: promo code received on 31 March 2026 will be expired on 30 April 2026.
- Cancelled trips or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the promo code, with no replacement provided.
- Extension of Promo Code validity will be at the discretion of CDG Zig Pte Ltd.
- CDG Zig Pte Ltd and Trust Bank reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice including without limitation the date of the promotion.
- CDG Zig Pte Ltd and Trust Bank reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individuals found to be misusing the promo.
- All decisions by CDG Zig Pte Ltd and Trust Bank regarding the Campaign are final.
- CDG Zig Pte Ltd and Trust Bank are not responsible for technical issues that may prevent promo applications or ride bookings.
