Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period is from 12 June 2026 to 31 July 2026.​
2. This promo code is only applicable for pick-up / drop-off from selected locations stated on the above.
3. The promo code is only valid for bookings made through the Zig App and not available for “Pay for Street Hail” & “Scan and Ride” rides.
4. Each promo code is only limited to 1 redemption per user.
5. Each promo code is limited to only 550 redemptions per day and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. The promo code must be applied at the time of booking. Only 1 promo code can be used per booking
7. Promo codes are deemed redeemed upon successful booking confirmation. If you cannot secure a ride the promo code will automatically be returned within 5 minutes
8. The validity of the promo code will be verified at each booking.
9. The promo code will be deducted from the final fare upon completion of the trip. No refund will be given if the fare is less than the promo code value.
10. The passenger forfeits the Promo Code entitlement once a confirmed booking is cancelled, or a passenger fails to turn up. 
11. The Promo Code is available while stocks last and not exchangeable for cash. Participating merchants reserve the right to substitute any item with equivalent value. 
12. Extension of Promo Code validity will be at the discretion of Zig by ComfortDelGro.
13. Zig by ComfortDelGro reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice including without limitation the date of the promotion. 
14. Zig by ComfortDelGro reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individuals found to be misusing the promo.  
15. All decisions by Zig by ComfortDelGro regarding the Campaign are final.  
16. Zig by ComfortDelGro is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent promo applications or ride bookings.
