Terms and conditions:
- Promotion is valid from 16 March to 31 March 2026 for Singtel customers, on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis.
- This Promo Code is redeemable once per customer and is valid until 16 May 2026.
- This Promo Code is valid only on bookings made via the latest Zig app.
- Promo Codes must be accurately entered into the “Promo Code” field at the point of booking and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one (1) Promo Code may be used per booking.
- The validity of each Promo Code redemption will be verified at each booking. Additional usage conditions may apply at CDG Zig Pte Ltd’s discretion, including restrictions on ride types, travel periods, or pick-up and drop-off locations. Promo Codes are not valid for street-hail rides, including the “Pay for Street Hail” function.
- The Promo Code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip. There will be no refund of any unused Promo Code value if the final fare is lower than the Promo Code value.
- Promo Codes are deemed redeemed upon successful booking confirmation. If a booking is unsuccessful and no ride is secured, the Promo Code will be returned in accordance with Zig app policies.
- The passenger forfeits the Promo Code entitlement if a confirmed booking is cancelled or if the passenger fails to turn up. Promo Codes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold, shared, or exchanged for cash.
- Each Promo Code promotion has its own validity period, discounted value, and Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the individual promotions accordingly. Participating merchants reserve the right to substitute any item with one of equivalent value.
- Extension of Promo Code validity is at the discretion of CDG Zig Pte Ltd. CDG Zig Pte Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify misuse, and determine all matters relating to the Promo Codes, whose decisions shall be final and binding. CDG Zig Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any inability to redeem or use any Promo Code.

- Singtel shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any matter arising from, relating to, or attributable to such products and/or services.
- Singtel and CDG Zig Pte Ltd reserve the right to terminate, suspend, cancel, or amend this promotion and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability.
