Here’s How You Can Join Us
Step 1
Register your interest
Via the online form.
Step 2
Submit the following documents
- Identity Card
- Valid Class 3 Driving Licence
- Valid TDVL
You must possess a TDVL before applying to be a hirer. If you do not possess a TDVL, please check out our Vocational Licence Courses for more information.
Step 3
Successful Allocation of Taxi
To successfully secure a taxi, you will need to:
1. Pay a Refundable Deposit:
A $1,000.00 deposit, payable in instalments upon approval (applies to both Hirers and Relief Drivers).
2. Pay Administrative Fees:
- Hirers: A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $32.10 (inclusive of prevailing GST).
- Relief Drivers: A registration fee of $16.05 and a non-refundable annual fee of $10.80 (both inclusive of prevailing GST).
3. Open a Bank Account:
Both Hirers and Relief Drivers must open a United Overseas Bank (UOB) savings account for GIRO purposes.
4. Complete Mandatory Training:
All applicants must attend a 4-hour Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) training session upon approval.
