- A valid Class 3 or 3A licence
- A valid TDVL or PDVL Licence
- 12 demerit points (DIPS) accumulated or less

- Vocational License (Front and back)
- Vehicle Log Card (Z10/Z11)
- Commercial Insurance
- Front and rear-view car photo (with car plate and PHC decal)
- Close up PHC decal photo
- Rental agreement (if any)
- ARCA (if any)
- UOB bank account
