After much consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue the program, with the final phase concluding on 31 January 2025.

Here’s how the closure will proceed:

1. Earning and Redeeming Points Until 31 December 2024

You will continue to earn and redeem loyalty points as usual on eligible taxi rides and through the rewards catalogue until 31 December 2024.

2. Redeeming Remaining Points (1 January – 31 January 2025)

From 1 January 2025 onwards:

  • Earning of ZigPoints will no longer be available on all products (taxi rides, bus rides, deals).
  • You may use any remaining points exclusively for the redemptions of taxi rides until 31 January 2025.

We encourage you to plan your point usage and redeem rewards before the program concludes. We deeply value your support and loyalty as a ZigRewards member and remain committed to providing you with excellent service.
