What are the benefits of purchasing items via Enroute?

For every purchase you make, you will receive ComfortPoints, which you can use to offset the fares for your next ride in the ComfortDelGro Booking App. That translates to saving while doing you like. Furthermore, we offer you a smart shopping feed with hot recommendations, tailored to what you may like, making shopping online more fun and interactive.

What is the estimated delivery period of my purchased items?

This depends on the retailer and the possibilities for fast shipping. On average, this is no different from any other form of online shopping.

Will the products be shipped locally or from overseas?

This depends on the retailers. Some products may be delivered to you from local retailers as Enroute aims to cooperate with local retailers on top of international brands.

Who should I ask about the product that I have purchased?

What should I do if I wish to cancel/change the order after my purchase?

You can cancel your order within the terms of the retailer. If you cancel your order after the purchase, no ComfortPoints will be credited into your account.

This depends on the price of the product and the retailer you purchase from.

Why are different ComfortPoints given for different products?

ComfortPoints vary from product to product and from retailer to retailer due to different costs of each product.

How many ComfortPoints do I get for every S$1 spent?

It varies for every retailer. However, on average, you get around 10 ComfortPoints for every S$1 spent.

Will I get ComfortPoints if I purchase the same item from a physical retail store in Singapore instead?

No. ComfortPoints are only rewarded to passengers who purchase items from this e-commerce platform powered by Enroute.

When are ComfortPoints usually credited into my account for the purchase made through Enroute?

ComfortPoints will be credited into your account within seven days from the date of purchase.

How do I know that the ComfortPoints earned with my purchase have been credited into my account?

You will receive a notification via email informing you of your purchase and the number of ComfortPoints you have earned.

Do I have to wait for my purchased items to be delivered before ComfortPoints are credited into my account?

It usually takes a few days for ComfortPoints to be credited into your account so long as you do not cancel the order.

What will happen to my ComfortPoints if I choose to return the item after I have received it?

If the ComfortPoints were credited to your account, they will remain there for your use. ComfortDelGro and Enroute may change this policy in the future without notice.

ComfortPoints are listed with each item displayed on Enroute. This way you can verify if you have received the correct number of ComfortPoints once they are credited into your account.

ComfortPoints can be used to offset fares for your next trip. Redemptions can only be made via the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App.

Where can I check how many ComfortPoints I have from the recent Enroute's e-purchase?

The ComfortPoints that you have earned from a purchase via Enroute will be reflected in the booking app. Simply go to the menu in the app, select “ComfortPoints”, and you will be able to see the ComfortPoints earned indicated as “REDEMPTION”. You can also see the total ComfortPoints that you have displayed on the top left corner of the app.

How long can I keep the ComfortPoints for?

ComfortPoints expire on 31 January of the following year.
