Where Should I Wait For My Ride If My Pick-Up Point Is Below Or Beyond The Ground Floor?

For pickup and drop-off locations beyond the ground floor, passengers are instructed to wait at the designated pickup point corresponding to the postal code, even if the booking designates a different level. For instance, at Woodleigh Mall, passengers should wait at the designated pickup point in Basement 1.

In cases where the building lacks a specified pickup point, passengers are advised to wait at street level, regardless of the booking indicating a higher floor, such as Level 4 Sin Ming AutoCity.

Drivers may impose an additional $5 charge for deviations from the exact pickup location stated in the booking, such as requests for pickup at guard houses or mall pickup points. It is mandatory for drivers to inform passengers before applying any additional surcharge.
