What is the new “Bus Rides” feature about?

It is a new private bus chartering service where you can book a bus for family gatherings, special occasions and more.

Where can I find the “Bus Rides” feature?

You may find this feature on the home screen of the CDG Zig App.

What are the bus types offered?

  • 10-seaters (fits up to nine seating passengers)
  • 19-seaters (fits up to 18 seating passengers)
  • 40-seaters (fits up to 39 seating passengers)

Are there any optional add-ons for my bookings?

You may choose to add on luggage vans ($100 per van).

What kind of bus routes do you offer?

You may choose between “One-Way”, “Two-Way” and “Hourly” services. The “Hourly” service allows buses to travel anywhere within the stipulated hours, with a designated pick-up and final drop-off point of your choice. A minimum of four hours is required for this service.

How much time in advance do I need to make a bus booking?

You are required to make bus bookings at least three working days in advance. However, we recommend that you make your bookings at least one week before so that there is ample time to make bus arrangements. Please also note that bus services are subject to availability.

How do I know if a bus booking is successfully scheduled?

Once you have submitted your booking, it will be reflected as “In Progress”. Once your booking has been accepted and scheduled, your status will change to “Scheduled”.

Where can I view the status of my current and past bookings?

After selecting “Bus Rides” on the App home screen, you can head to the “Bookings” section and tap on “View more”.

Can I cancel a bus booking?

Please inform us at least three working days before the date of charter (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) if you wish to cancel a bus booking, and refunds will be made to you within two to three working days (depending on the bank). Otherwise, a full charter fare will be billed accordingly.

What are the payment modes accepted?

We accept payments via credit cards only (VISA and Mastercard®).
